Your bulk product and empty containers arrive at our facility in Leuven.
We calibrate the line to your product's viscosity and container size.
Each container is filled to the correct net weight, from 30 g to 1 kg.
We apply your closure: screw cap, tamper-evident ring cap, or induction seal.
Every unit is individually weighed and visually checked. Finished goods are palletised and returned to you.

Stand-up pouches with a zip or spout closure.

Closures
If it closes by screwing, we can do it. Induction sealing too.
Any standard thread, applied by machine or by hand.
Security ring stays on the bottle when the cap is first opened.
Aluminium foil inner seal fused to the bottle neck. Requires an induction-compatible cap.

Glass jars, glass bottles, plastic bottles and jars (PET, HDPE, PP), doypacks, and various other shapes. Cans are possible on request. Not sure if your container works? Get in touch and we'll confirm.
We fill from 30 g / 30 ml up to 1 kg / 1 litre per container.
We specialise in viscous food liquids that don't require cold chain storage: oils, honeys, syrups, sauces, nut butters, dressings, fruit coulis and similar products. If you're unsure whether your product qualifies, just ask.
You can send your own branded containers and we'll fill them. If you don't have containers yet, we can help you source food-grade options at competitive prices.
We apply screw caps, tamper-evident ring caps, and induction seals. If your closure requires anything beyond a physical screw action, we won't be able to do it. Check with us first if you're not sure.
Every single unit is weighed individually on the line. We don't sample. Every container gets checked before it goes on the pallet.
